To open an Account on pk 444, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

During registration you will be required to provide accurate personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, current address, and a valid contact email address. Providing false information at registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of any balance, and potential referral to relevant authorities.

pk 444 reserves the right to request supporting identity documents at any time, including but not limited to a national identity card, passport, or utility bill issued within the past three months. Accounts may be restricted to deposit-only or view-only status pending completion of KYC verification. Withdrawal requests will not be processed until KYC is fully satisfied.

As a registered Player you accept the following ongoing obligations with respect to your pk 444 Account. These obligations exist to protect the integrity of the Platform and the safety of all players who use it.

pk 444 supports a range of local Bangladeshi payment methods to make funding your Account as straightforward as possible. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and are subject to the rules set out in this section.

Accepted deposit methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank transfer, BRAC Bank transfer, City Bank transfer, and other methods listed in the cashier at the time of your deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. pk 444 does not charge deposit fees, but your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.

Withdrawals are processed to the same method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification being complete. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests submitted before 18:00 BST (UTC+6) on a business day are typically processed within 12 hours. Requests submitted after 18:00 BST may take up to 24 hours. pk 444 reserves the right to request additional documentation before approving any withdrawal.

All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own legal name. Deposits from accounts registered to another person — including a family member — are prohibited and will be returned where technically possible, or treated as a breach of these Terms & Conditions. pk 444 does not accept deposits made with funds borrowed from third parties for the purpose of gambling.

pk 444 reserves the right to impose account-level deposit limits, restrict payment methods, or request enhanced KYC documentation at any time and without prior notice where we believe such action is necessary to protect the integrity of the Platform or comply with our anti-money laundering obligations.

The following rules apply to all Wagers placed on pk 444, whether on the sportsbook, live cricket betting markets, live casino tables, or slot and arcade game titles.

Sportsbook and cricket betting: All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the wager is confirmed. Odds may change between the moment you select a market and the moment you confirm your stake — the confirmed odds at time of acceptance apply. In-play cricket betting markets (including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and ICC fixtures) are suspended for a brief period around key match events such as wickets and over changes; bets submitted during a suspension window will be voided and the stake returned.

Casino and slot games: All casino game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators provided by third-party software suppliers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. pk 444 does not alter game outcomes or RTP (return to player) percentages on individual player accounts. Game-specific rules and RTP values are accessible within each game's information panel.

Cancellation and void bets: Once a wager is confirmed and accepted by the Platform, it cannot be cancelled by the Player. pk 444 reserves the right to void any wager that was placed as a result of a technical error, an incorrectly published price, or a manifest error in odds compilation. In such cases the stake will be returned to the Player's Account in full.

Minimum and maximum stakes: Stake limits vary by game type, market, and player account tier. Current stake limits are displayed in the relevant betting interface. pk 444 reserves the right to adjust individual account stake limits without prior notice where unusual betting patterns are detected.

pk 444 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds restrictions, expiry periods, and maximum withdrawal limits. Where a conflict exists between a general bonus term stated here and a term specific to an individual promotion, the promotion-specific term takes precedence.

Wagering requirements: Unless stated otherwise in a specific promotion, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "wagering requirement") before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The wagering requirement multiplier and eligible game contributions are stated in each promotion's individual terms.

Bonus abuse: pk 444 reserves the right to withdraw, void, or withhold any bonus and associated winnings where we have reasonable grounds to believe that a Player has abused the bonus system. Abuse includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once; placing low-risk combination bets designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk; exploiting a technical error in the bonus crediting system; or coordinating with other players to artificially complete wagering requirements.

Seasonal promotions: pk 444 regularly runs promotions tied to the Bangladeshi cricket calendar, including BPL season offers, T20 World Cup free bet events, and Eid and Pohela Boishakh bonus campaigns. These promotions are open to verified players only and are subject to their own promotional terms published at the time of the offer.

Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value outside of the Platform. pk 444 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any ongoing promotion at any time by publishing an updated notice on the Platform.

pk 444 is committed to promoting safe gambling practices across our entire player base in Bangladesh. We provide a suite of player-controlled tools accessible directly from every Account dashboard, without the need to contact customer support.

Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their Account at any time. Reductions to existing limits take effect immediately. Increases to existing limits are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before they become active.

Session time reminders: Players may set a session duration reminder that displays an alert after a defined period of continuous play. This tool is designed to help players keep track of time spent on the Platform and make informed decisions about continuing or pausing their session.

Cooling-off periods: Players may activate a temporary suspension of their Account for a defined period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. Permanent self-exclusion: Players who feel that gambling has become a serious problem may request permanent self-exclusion from pk 444. This action is irreversible for the minimum exclusion period and results in the Account being closed to all real-money activity. Excluded players will be removed from all marketing communications. pk 444 takes underage gambling extremely seriously. If you believe a minor has accessed the Platform using your Account or someone else's credentials, notify us immediately at [email protected]. All accounts suspected of underage usage will be suspended pending investigation.

All content on the pk 444 Platform — including but not limited to the website design, layout, graphics, logos, text, software code, game interfaces, betting market data, and brand identifiers — is the intellectual property of pk 444 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable international copyright, trademark, and database rights.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not include the right to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform's content.

The game software, artwork, and mathematical models provided by third-party suppliers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi remain the exclusive intellectual property of those respective providers. Unauthorised use of their proprietary content is strictly prohibited.

pk 444 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to maintain continuous, uninterrupted access to the Platform, we do not guarantee that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Planned maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where operationally possible.

pk 444 shall not be liable for any loss of Funds, loss of winnings, loss of data, or any indirect, consequential, or special damages arising from: (a) your inability to access the Platform due to scheduled or unscheduled maintenance; (b) any technical failure, network interruption, or device malfunction on your side; (c) any delay in payment processing caused by your payment provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or any bank); (d) any bet voided as a result of a manifest pricing error; or (e) any action taken by pk 444 in accordance with these Terms & Conditions, including account suspension, balance hold, or account closure.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pk 444's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any single incident shall not exceed the value of the Funds held in that Player's Account at the time the relevant incident occurred.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

pk 444 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email address associated with their Account at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions.

The most current version of these Terms & Conditions is always available at pk-444.net/terms-conditions. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically and remain aware of any updates. The "Last Updated" date shown at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision.

Termination by the Player: You may close your pk 444 Account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any remaining Account balance that meets the minimum withdrawal threshold will be returned to your registered payment method after KYC requirements have been satisfied and any pending wager settlements are resolved.

Termination by pk 444: pk 444 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion and without prior notice where: the Player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions; fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity is suspected; the Player's jurisdiction renders their use of the Platform unlawful; or pk 444 is required to do so by a competent legal or regulatory authority. In such cases, pk 444 will provide written notice to the Player's registered email address as soon as practicable.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international online gaming standards. Any dispute arising from or in connection with your use of pk 444 that cannot be resolved through our customer support process will be referred to binding arbitration under internationally recognised commercial arbitration procedures.

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. A failure by pk 444 to enforce any provision of these Terms & Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of the right to enforce that provision at a later date.
